Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what you are working on. No need to write an essay, just a few words about your project or product, and how you see us helping. Point form is fine! We’ll get back to you sooner than you’d expect. If you rather chat directly, then give us a call.
It could be in person or online. If you have a physical product, we want to see it and play with it. You can drop it off or mail it to us. If you have a store, building, or factory then we can visit that. We need to figure out why you are so excited about your product or project so we can translate that into video form. We are based in Toronto Canada, but we travel all around the world.
This will usually be a 1-2 page document which outlines how we see the video, the concept behind it, and the resources we will need to achieve it. You are free to discuss it with your team and then discuss it with us. Just so you know, you can be as large or small part of the process you like. We are here to work with you.
This is one of the most popular questions. The real answer is it really depends on the scope of your project. On average we take at least 4 weeks to produce a video, but it can take much longer depending on the complexity of the shooting and post production. It can also take much less time if your idea is fairly simple. If you are in a rush or have a deadline to meet, please make sure you tell us that early so we can work it into the proposal. Keep in mind, quality and time have fairly strong correlation.
Again, it really depends on the scope and complexity of your project. However, you can rest assured the production value of your video will be comparable to major production firms in the TV and film industry on a comparably tiny budget. When we quote you an amount for the work, that amount is all-inclusive. Writing the content, editing, visual effects, motion graphics, music composing, everything.
